SHIPPING:
All buzzer systems include a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
Normal delivery will be 7 to 10 business days unless rush delivery is specified.
Orders needing to be delivered faster than normal delivery will require an additional charge (see shopping cart).
Rush delivery includes business days and not weekends.
International Shipping - Please email (groupicsbuzzers@aol.com) for a shipping quote.
RETURNS:
All returned units will have a restocking fee of 15% if not returned with original packing and postmarked within 3 business days.
Custom orders are non refundable (software and hardware).
Groupics reserves the right to repair and replace defective units.
